3 ways of working

HOSTASSIST provides you with three ways to interact when renting linen:

- Single order

- Repeatable order

- Service Subscription

Choose the most suitable model for your business

Instant Single order

If you place only a one-time order, you need to decide on the composition of the order, select the method, day and address of delivery, pay the cost of renting linen, delivery and a deposit.

The courier will deliver the order and after the expiration of the term will come to pick up the used linen.

Self-pickup and return of linen is also possible.

After the return of the linen, HOSTASSIST will recalculate and make the final payment. The deposit will be returned to the account you specified within 3 business days.

Please note that the maximum usage period is 14 days, after which HOSTASSIST will charge an increased rental price for each day. If the 25-day term for using the linen is exceeded, the deposit is debited as payment for the order and the linen is considered purchased by the buyer.

Repeatable Order

If you have chosen to work on the basis of one-time orders, you can make the order Repeatable at any time.

In this case, HOSTASSIST will make the first double volume delivery, and then you will be able to exchange the used linen - on the day of delivery chosen by you and before the expiration of the order; There are no restrictions on the number of repeat orders.

Repeat orders are managed through the user's HOSTASSIST Application (HOSTASSIST Application).

Service Subscription

When subscribing to the linen delivery service, the User determines the weekly maximum demand with a small margin (up to 10%). You can do this using our online calculator. Simply fill in the number of beds (by type) or directly enter the required number of bed linen, towels and accessories.

Once you have determined your weekly linen maximum requirement, proceed to subscribe. You need to specify subscription period, the shipping address, method and first delivery date.

After payment of the setup fee and deposit, HOSTASSIST will make the first delivery and then, on a weekly basis, will change the linen. The volume of linen delivered for each subsequent delivery will be equal to the amount of returned used linen.

HOSTASSIST provides an order packing service for a single tourist site. In this case, you need to define a list of such objects, associate them with the method and address of delivery, and specify the composition of linen and accessories for each object. You can also define a schedule of days for changing linen, as well as manage the time and method of delivery of a particular order.

Delivery and return of orders

Delivery and return of your orders is carried out by one of the selected methods (Self-pickup, HOSTASSIST delivery service, DPD delivery service):

Self-Pickup

If your properties are located near Rijeka, Cervar, Mareda, Basanija, you can independently pick up prepared orders and return them to the HOSTASSIST exchange point (the list of exchange points is here)

carried out on weekdays or at Linen Exchange Points. When receiving and returning linen on non-working days through Linen Exchange Points, please use the smart lock.

As a rule, the Exchange Point is equipped with a smart lock and a video surveillance camera; to receive and return the order, you will be provided with an individual pin code.

HOSTASSIST delivery service

If there is a HOSTASSIST delivery service in your area, the courier will deliver according to the delivery schedule. The schedule is available through HOSTASSIST Application. The courier will scan the label of the delivered and returned orders.

DPD delivery service

Please note that in the case of delivery by a DPD service, you will need to pack the linen in boxes yourself and stick a label that we will send with each delivery. It is advisable to do this in advance - before the arrival of the courier.

We ask you to ensure the presence of the responsible person at the specified address within two hours after receiving the notification from the courier. Based on experience with DPD, in 90% of cases you can expect delivery on the next business day after the order is placed, but sometimes it takes up to 2-3 business days. As a rule, delivery is carried out by DPD in the period from 9 am to 2 pm.

Return of used linen

After the linen has been used, it must be collected in the bag provided by HOSTASSIST, scan the label using HOSTASSIST Application, then enter the amount of linen to be returned - by name.

After that, deliver the linen to the Exchange Point, or wait for the courier of the Delivery and Return Service.

Recalculation of the returned linen is carried out by HOSTASSIST. In case of discrepancies in quantity, data on this will be published in HOSTASSIST Application in the card of the corresponding order.

The quantity of linen by name and order statistics can always be viewed in HOSTASSIST Application.

At the end of the season or after the expiration of the subscription, the final results are calculated by the number of issued, returned and substandard linen - for the final mutual settlements.

We keep a video recording of the process of packing and returning linen and, if necessary, are ready to provide evidence of the accuracy of the count.

Complaint in case of substandard linen

If there are stains or damage on the delivered linen, just let us know about it through the Claim form in HOSTASSIST Application and return the linen in a separate package with the next delivery. We will provide the same amount of replacement linen.

If the quantity delivered does not match the quantity ordered, you can also report this through the Claim form. We will check and deliver the missing linen.

In case of damage or loss of linen, we will be forced to compensate for its cost from the existing deposit or in another way (by issuing an invoice for payment).

Bills and payments

All invoices are issued through HOSTASSIST Application. Payments are made through a checking account.

For each shipment, we issue an invoice, which must be paid within five days, but no later than the date of the next delivery.

HOSTASSIST has the right to suspend deliveries until payment of the current account is received.

Upon completion of the subscription and the return of all linen, a final invoice will be issued.

Changes in subscription volumes

If necessary, the one-time subscription volume can be changed in HOSTASSIST Application. A change of more than 15% during the high season (June-July-August) requires prior approval and may be rejected.

After agreement, changes will be made to the next and subsequent deliveries.
